Elders
At Nechako Community Church, the elders are responsible for providing spiritual oversight, ensuring the church remains faithful to biblical teachings, and guiding the congregation in its mission and vision. They work alongside the pastoral team to care for the spiritual health of the members, offering counseling, prayer, and support. The elders also play a key role in making decisions related to church direction, discipline, and governance, always striving to model Christlike leadership. Their main focus is to maintain a strong Christ-centered community where everyone can grow in faith.
